Personal data deletion policy

We do not collect Sensitive Personal Data.

We collect and use Personal Data to manage your relationship with us and better serve you when you are purchasing products and/or services in the Store, customizing and improving your experience.

Examples of how we use data include:

  • Enable you to purchase products and/or services in the Store;

    • To confirm or correct the information we hold about you;

    • To send you information that we believe may be of interest to you;

    • To personalize your experience using the Store;

    • To personalize advertising to you based on your interest in our Store;

    • To contact you at a telephone number and/or email address provided. We may contact you in person, by voice message, through automatic dialing equipment, by text messages (SMS), by email, or by any other means of communication that your device is capable of receiving, under the terms of law and for reasonable business purposes.

Common questions:

  • After my request, in how many days will my personal data be deleted?

    • If the consumer has made a purchase within the last 180 days, we will not erase the data immediately. We will wait up to 185 days after the last date of sale to erase the data, as your purchase may be returned. If the consumer hasn't made a purchase in the last 180 days, we wait 5 days. We put this period because the client may regret it and change his mind. 

    • Attention! If the customer makes a purchase between the deletion request period and the deletion date, the data deletion date will be updated to 185 days after the date of purchase

  • Will customer records and orders still appear on the site?

    • Yes. Deleting the customer's personal data just means leaving them anonymous. This consumer will still appear in the customer list, just as the orders placed will appear in the sales list, but with personal data anonymous

  • What happens if the customer has their data deleted in the store and buys again?

    • If the customer, who previously requested the anonymity of his data, buys again in the store, a new customer record is created with the data, that is, the new order will have all the customer's personal data again.

  • After I make a data deletion request, can I cancel the deletion request?

    • You can modify the deletion date or cancel the request. Request by sending an email to [email protected]

 

The LGPD guarantees rights to the Holder of personal data that must be respected, and it is good to remember that, although guaranteed by law, they can be relativized if there is a need to comply with any other rule established by the LGDP.
